【摘要】:合成孔徑聚焦技術(shù)(Synthetic aperture focusing technique,SAFT)通過疊加鄰近多道通的回波信息,可增強目標缺陷的信號特征,被廣泛應(yīng)用于超聲無損檢測領(lǐng)域。對于大深度混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的無損檢測問題,由于超聲波的衰減作用明顯,傳統(tǒng)B掃描及SAFT方法的成像效果均不理想。為提高混凝土超聲成像的質(zhì)量,測定了混凝土中超聲波傳播的相對衰減系數(shù),引入幅度補償技術(shù)對微弱回波信號進行幅度補償,然后再對補償信號進行SAFT成像處理,進一步增強了超聲成像效果。人工混凝土塊實驗表明,本文所提方法比傳統(tǒng)成像方法具有更高的成像分辨率,底部缺陷反射更加清晰,同時內(nèi)嵌鐵管及木塊的實驗均驗證了本文方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Synthetic aperture focusing technique (SAFTFT) can enhance the signal characteristics of target defects by superimposing the echo information of adjacent multichannel, and is widely used in the field of ultrasonic nondestructive testing (NDT). For the problem of nondestructive testing of concrete structures with large depth, the traditional B-scan and SAFT imaging methods are not satisfactory because of the obvious attenuation of ultrasonic wave. In order to improve the quality of ultrasonic imaging of concrete, the relative attenuation coefficient of ultrasonic propagation in concrete is measured. Amplitude compensation technique is introduced to compensate the weak echo signal, and then the compensation signal is processed by SAFT imaging. The ultrasonic imaging effect is further enhanced. The experiments of artificial concrete block show that the method proposed in this paper has higher imaging resolution and clearer reflection of defects in the bottom than the traditional imaging method, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the experiments of inlay iron pipe and wood block.
