添加碳化硼對低碳鋁碳耐火材料顯微結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響

【摘要】:以板狀剛玉和活性氧化鋁微粉為主要原料、納米炭黑為碳源、碳化硼(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0、0.5%、1%)和單質(zhì)硅粉為添加劑,制備了低碳鋁碳耐火材料。利用X射線衍射儀、場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡分別檢測和觀察了材料的物相組成和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)。采用三點(diǎn)彎曲法研究了材料的常溫和高溫力學(xué)性能,采用水淬冷法研究了材料的熱震穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明:與空白試樣相比,在1 000℃處理的含碳化硼的試樣中發(fā)現(xiàn)碳納米管(MWCNTs);溫度高于1 200℃,在材料表面出現(xiàn)了明顯的含氧化硼反應(yīng)層,形成了外層Si C晶須較多、內(nèi)層Si C晶須較少的分層結(jié)構(gòu)。由于原位碳納米管的形成,1 000℃處理后含碳化硼試樣的抗折強(qiáng)度由空白試樣的3.4 MPa提高到11.6 MPa;而1 200和1 400℃處理后,試樣也因碳納米管和Si C晶須協(xié)同作用,材料的抗折強(qiáng)度進(jìn)一步提高至15~17和26~28 MPa。此外,引入碳化硼的鋁碳材料高溫抗折強(qiáng)度和熱震穩(wěn)定性也都大幅提升。
[Abstract]:Low carbon aluminum carbon refractories were prepared by using plate corundum and activated alumina powder as main raw materials, carbon black as carbon source, boron carbide (mass fraction 0 ~ 0. 5) and silicon powder as additives. The phase composition and microstructure of the materials were examined and observed by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature were studied by three point bending method, and the thermal shock stability was studied by water quenching method. The results show that compared with the blank sample, CNTs MWCNTsN are found in the boron carbide treated at 1 000 鈩,
