【摘要】:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)2000作為負(fù)極添加劑,試圖解決堿性鋅錳電池析氣導(dǎo)致的漏液問題。通過放電、儲存、交流阻抗譜和析氣等實驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)在鋅膏中添加0.050%的PEG2000,能將LR6電池的3.9Ω連放時間延長至850 min。PEG2000可將電池內(nèi)部析氣量減少38.2%。在室溫及60℃條件下,鋅塊腐蝕率分別降低38.7%和37.7%。LR6電池高溫高濕(60℃、70%)存儲7 d,漏液得到抑制。
[Abstract]:Polyethylene glycol ( PEG ) 2000 was used as the negative additive to try to solve the problem of leakage caused by the gas evolution of alkaline Zn - Mn battery . Through discharge , storage , AC impedance spectroscopy and gas analysis , it was found that the addition of 0.050 % PEG2000 to the zinc paste could prolong the 3.9 惟 connection time of LR6 battery to 850 min . The corrosion rate of zinc block decreased by 38.7 % and 37.7 % respectively at room temperature and 60 鈩,
