鋼纖維納米混凝土粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度影響因素研究

【摘要】:采用Losberg粘結(jié)試驗(yàn)和中心粘結(jié)試驗(yàn),研究基體混凝土強(qiáng)度、納米SiO_2摻量、鋼纖維體積摻量對(duì)鋼纖維納米混凝土粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的影響,并獲得粘結(jié)應(yīng)力-滑移曲線(xiàn)。結(jié)果表明:鋼纖維納米混凝土的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨著基體混凝土強(qiáng)度和鋼纖維摻量的增大而提高;納米Si O2摻量在0.5%~1.0%區(qū)間對(duì)鋼纖維納米混凝土的初始強(qiáng)度和極限強(qiáng)度增加作用明顯。
[Abstract]:The effect of the strength of matrix concrete, the content of nano SiO_2 and the volume content of steel fiber on the bond strength of steel fiber nano-concrete was studied by Losberg bond test and central bond test, and the bond stress-slip curve was obtained.The results show that the bond strength of steel fiber nano-concrete increases with the increase of the strength of the matrix concrete and the content of steel fiber, and the initial strength and ultimate strength of steel fiber nano-concrete increase obviously in the range of 0.5% and 1.0% of nano-SiO _ 2 content.
