鋼纖維納米混凝土粘結(jié)強度影響因素研究

【摘要】:采用Losberg粘結(jié)試驗和中心粘結(jié)試驗,研究基體混凝土強度、納米SiO_2摻量、鋼纖維體積摻量對鋼纖維納米混凝土粘結(jié)強度的影響,并獲得粘結(jié)應力-滑移曲線。結(jié)果表明:鋼纖維納米混凝土的粘結(jié)強度隨著基體混凝土強度和鋼纖維摻量的增大而提高;納米Si O2摻量在0.5%~1.0%區(qū)間對鋼纖維納米混凝土的初始強度和極限強度增加作用明顯。
[Abstract]:The effect of the strength of matrix concrete, the content of nano SiO_2 and the volume content of steel fiber on the bond strength of steel fiber nano-concrete was studied by Losberg bond test and central bond test, and the bond stress-slip curve was obtained.The results show that the bond strength of steel fiber nano-concrete increases with the increase of the strength of the matrix concrete and the content of steel fiber, and the initial strength and ultimate strength of steel fiber nano-concrete increase obviously in the range of 0.5% and 1.0% of nano-SiO _ 2 content.
