基于ZigBee和TDC-GP2的分布式密度檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)化工企業(yè)強(qiáng)腐性液體原材料小口徑、低流速多管道輸送系統(tǒng)對(duì)高精度密度檢測(cè)的需求,提出一種結(jié)合無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的超聲波時(shí)差法密度測(cè)量方法。系統(tǒng)采用CC2530芯片為控制核心,組成ZigBee無線網(wǎng)絡(luò),終端利用高精度時(shí)差測(cè)量芯片TDC-GP2實(shí)現(xiàn)傳輸時(shí)差的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量,網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)備接收終端測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),并上傳給工控機(jī)平臺(tái)。測(cè)試表明:系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)液體密度多通道長時(shí)間的連續(xù)穩(wěn)定高精度測(cè)量,誤差小于0.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of high precision density measurement in chemical industry, a method of ultrasonic time difference density measurement combined with wireless network is proposed for the small diameter, low velocity and multi-pipeline transportation system of strong rot liquid in chemical enterprises.The system uses CC2530 chip as the control core and constitutes ZigBee wireless network. The terminal uses high-precision TDC-GP2 to realize the accurate measurement of transmission time difference. The gateway equipment receives the terminal measurement data and uploads it to the industrial computer platform.The test results show that the system can realize the continuous stable and high precision measurement of liquid density multi-channel for a long time, and the error is less than 0.5.
