【摘要】：采用濃硝酸氧化處理烷基化廢硫酸,考察反應(yīng)溫度、濃硝酸投加量及投加方式等因素對烷基化廢硫酸溶液色度、COD去除率、再生硫酸含量和硫酸回收率等指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明,加入濃硝酸對廢硫酸色度值和COD去除率影響顯著,在250℃條件下,按0.1 m L/次加入體積分?jǐn)?shù)為2%的濃硝酸,反應(yīng)2 h后,廢硫酸溶液的色度值降到1度,COD去除率達(dá)到99.0%,得到無色透明的再生硫酸,質(zhì)量百分含量達(dá)97.5%,回收率為76.8%。通過該方法回收得到高濃度的再生硫酸,可回用到烷基化裝置或其他工業(yè)。
[Abstract]:The alkylation waste sulfuric acid was oxidized with concentrated nitric acid. The effects of reaction temperature, amount of concentrated nitric acid and adding method on the removal rate of COD, the content of regenerated sulfuric acid and the recovery rate of sulfuric acid were investigated.The results showed that the chroma value of waste sulfuric acid and the removal rate of COD were significantly affected by the addition of concentrated nitric acid.
