【摘要】：以赤泥、砂巖和石灰石為原料進(jìn)行赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥的制備研究.分析了赤泥的摻加對(duì)道路硅酸鹽水泥礦物組成和基本性能的影響.結(jié)果表明:以赤泥為部分原料可以成功制備以C_3S,C_2S和C_4AF為主要礦物相的道路硅酸鹽水泥熟料;赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥熟料摻加5%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的二水石膏可以制備出各項(xiàng)性能優(yōu)異的赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥;與普通道路硅酸鹽水泥相比,赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥的早期抗壓強(qiáng)度偏低;雖然預(yù)先對(duì)赤泥進(jìn)行了脫堿處理(脫堿后赤泥中總堿含量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))1%),但當(dāng)其摻量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))超過(guò)26%時(shí),赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥熟料中的堿仍會(huì)對(duì)水泥礦物的形成產(chǎn)生不利影響;赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥熟料中的堿大部分以硫酸鉀(鈉)的形式存在于水泥熟料的中間相中;隨著赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥水化齡期的延長(zhǎng),放射性核素~(226)Ra的放射性比活度不斷升高,~(232)Th變化不大,~(40)K則不斷降低;赤泥道路硅酸鹽水泥的外照指數(shù)為0.87,對(duì)環(huán)境的放射性影響處在安全范圍內(nèi).
[Abstract]:Using red mud, sandstone and limestone as raw materials, the preparation of red mud road Portland cement was studied.The effects of red mud admixture on mineral composition and basic properties of road Portland cement were analyzed.The results show that the road Portland cement clinker with C3S- C2S and C_4AF as the main mineral phase can be successfully prepared by using red mud as part of raw material.Red mud road Portland cement clinker mixed with 5% (mass fraction) of gypsum dihydrate can be used to produce all kinds of excellent red mud road Portland cement.The early compressive strength of red mud road Portland cement is on the low side; although the red mud has been pre-treated with desalination (total alkali content (mass fraction) of red mud after desalination), when the amount of red mud (mass fraction) is more than 26%,The alkali in red mud road Portland cement clinker will still have a negative effect on the formation of cement minerals, and most of the alkali in red mud road Portland cement clinker exists in the form of potassium sulfate (sodium) in the intermediate phase of cement clinker.With the prolongation of hydration age of Portland cement in red mud road, the specific activity of radionuclide Th 226Ra increases continuously, and the change of Th is not so great that 40K decreases.The external radiation index of Portland cement in red mud road is 0.87, and the environmental radioactivity is in the safe range.
