改性鋼渣基相變微粉的制備與性能

【摘要】:通過真空吸附法制備以改性鋼渣微粉為壁材、石蠟為芯材的改性鋼渣基相變微粉,表征了其孔結(jié)構(gòu)、物質(zhì)組成、相變溫度與相變焓、粒度分布、表面形貌;以改性鋼渣基相變微粉制備混凝土,分析了其流動性、粘聚性和保水性、力學(xué)性能和水化熱性能.結(jié)果表明,磷酸用量、石蠟用量和干燥箱內(nèi)壓強對相變微粉的石蠟吸入量有重要影響,當(dāng)磷酸用量為6%(?)、石蠟用量為30%(?)、干燥箱內(nèi)壓強為0.04 MPa時,相變微粉具有良好的相變儲能性能,相變溫度為53.7℃,相變焓為12.20 J/g.相變微粉混凝土不僅具有良好的流動性、粘聚性和保水性及早期強度高、后期強度穩(wěn)定的力學(xué)性能,且可降低混凝土溫度峰值、遲滯達到溫峰的時間.
[Abstract]:The modified steel slag based phase change powder with modified steel slag powder as wall material and paraffin as core material was prepared by vacuum adsorption method. The pore structure, material composition, phase transition temperature and enthalpy of phase transformation, particle size distribution and surface morphology were characterized.The fluidity, agglomeration, water retention, mechanical properties and hydration heat properties of modified steel slag based phase change micropowder were analyzed.The results showed that the amount of phosphoric acid, the amount of paraffin wax and the pressure in the drying box had important effects on the amount of paraffin absorbed into the powder. When the amount of phosphoric acid was 6%, the amount of paraffin wax was 30%, the pressure in the dryer was 0.04 MPa.The phase change micropowder has good phase change energy storage performance.
