【摘要】:采用實(shí)驗(yàn)和理論分析方法,以Lacey混合指數(shù)作為混合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),研究轉(zhuǎn)速、填充率對(duì)橢圓型混合器內(nèi)二元顆粒在滾落運(yùn)動(dòng)模式下徑向混合的影響。結(jié)果表明:在波動(dòng)混合階段,橢圓型混合器的離心率影響顆粒的混合穩(wěn)定性;同一工況下,橢圓型混合器在豎直位置和水平位置的顆粒動(dòng)態(tài)休止角相等;填充率一定時(shí),動(dòng)態(tài)休止角隨轉(zhuǎn)速的增大而增大;填充率不大于1/2、轉(zhuǎn)速一定時(shí),同一位置的活動(dòng)層自由下滑面長(zhǎng)度隨填充率的增大而增大;同一工況下,橢圓型混合器在豎直位置時(shí)的活動(dòng)層面積大于水平位置時(shí);位置一定時(shí),活動(dòng)層面積隨填充率增大而減小,隨轉(zhuǎn)速增大而增大;當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速不變,顆粒的混合程度隨填充率減小而提高。
[Abstract]:The effects of rotational speed and filling rate on the radial mixing of binary particles in an elliptical mixer in rolling motion mode were studied by using Lacey mixing index as the mixed evaluation index and the experimental and theoretical analysis methods. The results show that in the phase of wave mixing, the effect of rotating speed and filling ratio on the radial mixing of binary particles in the elliptical mixer is studied. The centrifugal rate of the elliptical mixer affects the mixing stability of particles, the dynamic angle of repose of the elliptic mixer is equal at the vertical and horizontal positions under the same working condition, and the dynamic angle of repose increases with the increase of the rotational speed when the filling ratio is constant. When the filling rate is less than 1 / 2, the length of free sliding surface of the active layer in the same position increases with the increase of the filling rate, and the active layer area of the elliptic mixer in the vertical position is larger than that of the horizontal position under the same working condition, and when the position is fixed, the free sliding surface length of the active layer in the same position increases with the increase of the filling rate. The active layer area decreases with the increase of filling rate and increases with the increase of rotational speed, and the mixing degree of particles increases with the decrease of filling rate when the rotational speed is constant.
