聚丙烯纖維增強(qiáng)泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)澆筑密度700 kg/m3的泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土摻加6種長(zhǎng)度(3,6,9,12,15,19 mm)、不同摻量的聚丙烯纖維,開(kāi)展抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)和抗折強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),研究聚丙烯纖維對(duì)泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)纖維長(zhǎng)度為3,6,9,12 mm時(shí),泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度均隨著纖維摻量的增加先增大后減小;當(dāng)纖維長(zhǎng)度為15,19 mm,摻量≤0.2%時(shí),其抗壓強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度與基準(zhǔn)值相比稍微增加,摻量0.2%時(shí),各參數(shù)隨著纖維摻量的增加而減小;纖維長(zhǎng)度6 mm、摻量為0.6%時(shí)泡沫輕質(zhì)混凝土的無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度與抗折強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值。
[Abstract]:The compressive strength test, splitting tensile strength test and flexural strength test of polypropylene fiber with different amount of polypropylene fiber were carried out for the light foamed concrete with a density of 700 kg/m3 mixed with 6 kinds of polypropylene fibers of different lengths. The effect of polypropylene fiber on the mechanical properties of foamed lightweight concrete is studied. The results show that the compressive strength, elastic modulus and splitting tensile strength of foamed lightweight concrete can be obtained when the fiber length is 3 ~ 6 ~ 9 ~ (12) mm. The compressive strength, elastic modulus, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural strength of the fiber increased slightly compared with the reference value when the fiber length was 1519 mm and the content was less than 0.2 mm, and when the fiber length was 15 ~ 19 mm, the flexural strength was slightly higher than that of the reference value, and when the fiber content was less than 0.2 mm, the flexural strength was slightly higher than that of the reference value. When the fiber length is 6 mm and the content of fiber is 0.6, the unconfined compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of foamed lightweight concrete can reach the maximum.
