基于正交試驗(yàn)分析的脫硫石膏煅燒工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:脫硫石膏煅燒處理工藝的好壞直接關(guān)系到脫硫石膏的性能和應(yīng)用。以煅燒溫度、煅燒時(shí)間、交互作用為主要因素,設(shè)計(jì)3因素3水平正交試驗(yàn),研究各因素對(duì)脫硫石膏抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)煅燒溫度達(dá)到350℃時(shí),抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度顯著提高;煅燒時(shí)間為3h時(shí),抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值,絕干狀態(tài)下抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度分別達(dá)到20.60MPa、6.90MPa,吸水飽和狀態(tài)下抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度分別達(dá)到9.97MPa、3.55 MPa。
[Abstract]:The calcination process of desulphurized gypsum is directly related to the performance and application of desulphurized gypsum.
