化工園區(qū)應急避難點選址評估模型應用研究

【摘要】:為建立科學、合理的化工園區(qū)應急避難點,通過對園區(qū)企業(yè)、園區(qū)空間布局等方面調(diào)研分析,從安全性、可達性、適宜性3個方面構建化工園區(qū)應急避難點選址評估指標體系;結合AHP和熵值法的組合賦權法,對指標權重進行賦權,并基于博弈論思想對權重實現(xiàn)差異最小化處理,計算出各指標貢獻率;將模型應用于廣東省某化工園區(qū)避難所的選址問題,并對該化工園區(qū)應急避難點選址進行綜合評估,提出針對性的園區(qū)避難點選址措施。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a scientific and reasonable emergency shelter in chemical industry park, through the investigation and analysis of the park enterprises and the space layout of the park, the evaluation index system of the emergency shelter site location in the chemical industry park was constructed from three aspects: safety, accessibility and suitability. Combined with the combination weight method of AHP and entropy method, the index weight is weighted, and the difference of weight is minimized based on game theory, and the contribution rate of each index is calculated. The model is applied to the problem of shelter location in a chemical industry park in Guangdong province, and the location of emergency shelter site in the chemical industry park is evaluated synthetically, and the corresponding measures are put forward.
