【摘要】：提出了多孔鈦制備的新方法,先采用占位體法制備出具有一定孔結(jié)構(gòu)的二氧化鈦,而后通過(guò)鈣蒸氣還原、浸出,獲得多孔鈦。借助X射線(xiàn)衍射、掃描電鏡、X射線(xiàn)能譜儀、壓汞儀等檢測(cè)手段分別考察了造孔劑種類(lèi)、造孔劑添加量、燒結(jié)溫度、升溫速率等對(duì)多孔二氧化鈦孔結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;并且通過(guò)鈣蒸氣還原制備出了具有一定孔結(jié)構(gòu)的多孔鈦。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:添加不同種類(lèi)造孔劑制備出的多孔二氧化鈦的孔隙率大小的順序?yàn)?檸檬酸淀粉石墨;燒結(jié)溫度區(qū)間在800℃~1100℃時(shí),樣品的孔隙率呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢(shì);淀粉為造孔劑時(shí),獲得更加均勻的孔分布;將所制備的多孔二氧化鈦還原,所得到的多孔鈦具有一定孔隙結(jié)構(gòu),并且隨著多孔二氧化鈦孔隙率的增大,所得多孔鈦表面孔增多,多孔鈦結(jié)構(gòu)更加疏松。
[Abstract]:A new method for the preparation of porous titanium was put forward. Titanium dioxide with a certain pore structure was prepared by the method of space-occupying body, then it was reduced by calcium vapor and leached to obtain porous titanium. By means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to obtain X-ray energy spectrometer. The effects of the type of pore-forming agent, the amount of pore-making agent, the sintering temperature and the heating rate on the pore structure of porous titanium dioxide were investigated by means of mercurimeter. The porous titanium with certain pore structure was prepared by calcium vapor reduction. The experimental results show that the order of porosity of porous titanium dioxide prepared by adding different kinds of pore-making agents is: citric acid starch graphite; At the sintering temperature range of 800 鈩，
