再生粗骨料品質和取代率對再生混凝土力學性能的影響

【摘要】:進入21世紀,我國的城市化進程日益加快。一方面,新建建筑消耗著大量的自然資源;另一方面,大量舊建筑被拆遷造成的建筑垃圾大有包圍城市的趨勢。再生混凝土技術完美解決了建筑材料的資源短缺和建筑垃圾的污染環(huán)境問題。但由于再生骨料的性能較差,嚴重限制了再生混凝土的應用。許多專家學者研究了物理強化法和化學強化法對再生骨料品質的改善作用,不同的制備技術和強化方法所制備的再生粗骨料的品質不同,而再生粗骨料的品質和取代率對再生混凝土性能的影響很大。因此,有必要研究再生粗骨料的品質和取代率、膠凝材料用量等對再生混凝土性能的影響。在國家自然科學基金(51378270,51208272)的資助下,本文進行了以下研究工作:1.依照當前比較有效的再生粗骨料強化方法,制備六種不同品質的再生粗骨料,分別為簡單破碎再生粗骨料(JP)、一次顆粒整形再生粗骨料(YK)、二次顆粒整形再生粗骨料(EK)、簡單破碎化學強化再生粗骨料(JPH)、一次顆粒整形化學強化再生粗骨料(YKH)和二次顆粒整形化學強化再生粗骨料(EKH)。2.研究再生粗骨料品質和取代率、膠凝材料用量對再生混凝土工作性能與力學性能的影響,并基于試驗研究結果建立了再生混凝土的強度公式。3.在混凝土配合比一定的條件下,膠凝材料的強度等級對混凝土的強度影響顯著,為了研究膠凝材料強度對再生混凝土力學性能的影響,試驗分別在P.O 52.5水泥、P.O 42.5水泥和P.O 32.5水泥中,摻入不同比例的粉煤灰(10%、20%、30%、40%)來改變膠凝材料的強度,研究膠凝材料用量對再生混凝土抗壓強度的影響。研究表明,物理和化學強化后再生混凝土的性能得到明顯提升。以膠凝材料用量400kg/m3為例,取代率為100%時,與普通混凝土相比,JP再生混凝土的用水量增加了11.1%,28d抗壓強度降低了19.7%;JPH再生混凝土的用水量增加了8.6%,28d抗壓強度降低了24.5%;YK再生混凝土的用水量增加了6.6%,28d抗壓強度降低了9.8%;YKH再生混凝土的用水量增加了4.6%,28d抗壓強度降低了15.6%;EK再生混凝土的用水量增加了6.1%,28d抗壓強度降低了1.4%;EKH再生混凝土的用水量增加了2.5%,28d抗壓強度降低了14.4%。經過物理強化后的EK再生混凝土的力學性能最好。物理化學復合強化后的EKH再生混凝土28d抗壓強度略有降低,但其工作性能最優(yōu),孔隙結構及抗?jié)B耐久性能得到改善,所以其綜合性能最佳。通過試驗分析,將再生混凝土28d抗壓強度設置為因變量Y,灰水比(C/W)與再生粗骨料取代率((?)%)設置為自變量(X1、X2)。可得JP再生混凝土的28d抗壓強度公式為:再生混凝土的28d抗壓強度公式為:再生混凝土的28d抗壓強度公式為:再生混凝土的28d抗壓強度公式為:再生混凝土的28d抗壓強度公式為再生混凝土的28d抗壓強度公式為:由強度公式(?)的系數可知,再生粗骨料品質對再生混凝土力學性能的不利影響大小為:JPH再生粗骨料YKH再生粗骨料JP再生粗骨料=EKH再生粗骨料YK再生粗骨料EK再生粗骨料。膠凝材料強度對再生混凝土力學性能的影響顯著,試驗結果表明,普通硅酸鹽水泥摻入粉煤灰(0%、10%、20%、30%、40%),可以配置強度等級在C10~C60的再生混凝土。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the city is accelerating the process of China's new buildings. On the one hand, consuming large amounts of natural resources; on the other hand, a lot of old building demolition caused by construction waste is surrounded by the city. The trend of recycled concrete technology has solved the problem of environmental pollution and the resource shortage of building materials and construction waste. But because of the poor performance of the recycled aggregate, severely limits the application of recycled concrete. Many experts and scholars have studied the physical and chemical strengthening reinforcement effect on improving the quality of recycled aggregates, different preparation techniques of different methods and strengthen the preparation of recycled coarse aggregate quality, and recycled coarse aggregate replace rate and quality effect on performance of recycled concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to study the rate of substitution of recycled coarse aggregate quality and effect of cementitious materials on the properties of recycled concrete in the country since. Natural Science Fund (5137827051208272) funding, this paper carried out the following research work: 1. in accordance with the recycled coarse aggregate effective strengthening method, the preparation of six different quality of recycled coarse aggregate, were simply crushed recycled coarse aggregate (JP), a particle shaping recycled coarse aggregate (YK), two particle shaping recycled coarse aggregate (EK), chemical enhanced simple crushing recycled coarse aggregate (JPH), a chemical enhanced particle shaping recycled coarse aggregate (YKH) and two chemical enhanced particle shaping recycled coarse aggregate (EKH).2. of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and quality, affect the amount of cementitious materials on the performance and the mechanical performance of recycled concrete, and the test results is established based on the strength of recycled concrete formula.3. in concrete mix ratio under certain conditions, impact strength of cementitious materials on the strength grade of concrete significantly, in order to study the glue Effect of strength of cementitious materials on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete, cement test respectively in P.O 52.5, P.O 42.5 and P.O 32.5 in cement cement, mixing different proportions of fly ash (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%) to change the strength of the cement, the amount of cementitious materials mixed effects on the compressive strength of concrete regeneration. The study shows that the performance of recycled concrete after reinforcement of physics and chemistry have been improved significantly. The content of cementitious materials 400kg/m3 for example, substitution rate was 100%, compared with ordinary concrete, the recycled concrete with JP content increased by 11.1%, 28d compressive strength decreased by 19.7%; the JPH of recycled concrete water consumption increased by 8.6% 28d, the compressive strength decreased by 24.5%; the YK of recycled concrete water consumption increased by 6.6%, 28d compressive strength decreased by 9.8%; the YKH of recycled concrete water consumption increased by 4.6%, 28d compressive strength decreased by 15.6%; the EK of recycled concrete water consumption increase With 6.1%, 28d compressive strength decreased by 1.4%; the EKH of recycled concrete with water increased 2.5%, compressive strength of 28d 14.4%. decreased after EK mechanical properties of recycled concrete after reinforcement. The best physical physical and chemical composite strengthened EKH compressive strength of recycled concrete 28d decreased slightly, but its performance is optimal, pore structure durability and impermeability is improved, so the best comprehensive performance. Through experimental analysis, the concrete compressive strength of 28d regeneration as the dependent variable Y, cement water ratio (C/W) and the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate ((?)%) set as independent variables (X1, X2).
