基于CT試驗(yàn)的混凝土裂紋擴(kuò)展演化研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)混凝土宏觀性能指標(biāo)與破壞特性細(xì)觀參數(shù)之間關(guān)系的技術(shù)難題,采用工業(yè)CT對(duì)單軸壓縮條件下的混凝土試樣進(jìn)行了CT掃描試驗(yàn);利用圖像處理技術(shù)對(duì)混凝土CT圖像進(jìn)行分析,得到不同加載階段混凝土孔隙和裂紋的三維細(xì)觀模型及孔隙率變化規(guī)律。運(yùn)用分形理論建立了CT圖像分形維數(shù)計(jì)算模型,對(duì)混凝土CT圖像分形特征進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:混凝土孔隙體積和分形維數(shù)的快速增大是混凝土失穩(wěn)破壞的預(yù)警信息;利用混凝土CT三維重建圖像結(jié)合分形理論觀察研究混凝土裂紋擴(kuò)展全過程,為有效分析混凝土細(xì)觀損傷破壞提供了新技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the technical problem of the relationship between the macroscopic performance index of concrete and the meso-parameters of failure characteristics, the CT scanning test of concrete samples under uniaxial compression condition was carried out by industrial CT. Based on the analysis of CT images of concrete with image processing technology, the three-dimensional meso-model and porosity variation law of concrete pores and cracks at different loading stages are obtained. The fractal dimension calculation model of CT images is established by using fractal theory. The fractal characteristics of concrete CT images are studied. The results show that the rapid increase of pore volume and fractal dimension of concrete is the early warning information of concrete instability. The whole process of crack propagation of concrete is studied by using 3D reconstruction images of concrete CT and fractal theory, which provides a new technique for the effective analysis of the damage and failure of concrete in meso-scale.
