基于主元相似度的間歇過(guò)程操作曲線(xiàn)遞推優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對(duì)一類(lèi)較長(zhǎng)周期的間歇過(guò)程操作優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于正常運(yùn)行批次的數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)型操作曲線(xiàn)遞推優(yōu)化方法。首先采用分段離散化方法將原非線(xiàn)性?xún)?yōu)化問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)化為線(xiàn)性?xún)?yōu)化問(wèn)題,再利用主元分析對(duì)離散化后的高維時(shí)段變量進(jìn)行降維處理,然后在降維后的主元平面中,基于時(shí)段變量與最終產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)間的余弦相似度,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)原操作曲線(xiàn)的攝動(dòng)優(yōu)化?紤]到時(shí)段變量方差和相似度隨批次會(huì)發(fā)生變化,建立了遞推算法以實(shí)現(xiàn)操作曲線(xiàn)的遞推更新。最后將該方法應(yīng)用于某化工產(chǎn)品的間歇結(jié)晶過(guò)程中,結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:For a class of long-period batch process operation optimization problems, A recursive optimization method of data-driven operation curve based on normal operation batch is proposed. Firstly, the original nonlinear optimization problem is transformed into a linear optimization problem by using piecewise discretization method. Then using principal component analysis to reduce the dimension of the discretized high-dimensional time interval variables, then in the reduced principal component plane, based on the cosine similarity between the time period variables and the final product indicators, The perturbation optimization of the original operation curve is realized. Considering that the variance and similarity of the period variables vary with the batch, A recursive algorithm is established to update the operation curve recursively. Finally, the method is applied to the batch crystallization process of a chemical product, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
