工藝參數(shù)對(duì)玻璃微粉粉煤灰基地質(zhì)聚合物強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:利用粉煤灰和廢玻璃微粉為主要原料,通過(guò)氫氧化鈉和水玻璃的混合激發(fā),制備地質(zhì)聚合物。討論了水玻璃摻量和模數(shù)、液固比和養(yǎng)護(hù)溫等因素對(duì)地質(zhì)聚合物抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響。研究表明:礦物聚合物抗壓強(qiáng)度均隨著水玻璃摻量及模數(shù)、液固比、養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度的增大而先增大后減小。得出了優(yōu)化的工藝條件為:水玻璃摻量10%、水玻璃模數(shù)1.4、固液比0.45,養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度40~60℃,抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)36 MPa以上。
[Abstract]:Using fly ash and waste glass powder as main raw materials, geopolymers were prepared by mixed excitation of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate. The effects of liquid / solid ratio and curing temperature on the compressive strength of geopolymers are studied.
