【摘要】:目前,甲醛氣體無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻不在影響人們的生活和健康,所以對(duì)甲醛的測(cè)量越來(lái)越被人們所研究,甲醛的檢測(cè)方法在生活中的方方面面被使用。在對(duì)甲醛檢測(cè)的研究中,可以利用氣敏材料的敏感特性來(lái)檢測(cè)甲醛的濃度和對(duì)人們危害系數(shù),在氣敏材料的研究中,人們已經(jīng)不僅只提升其對(duì)氣體的選擇性和傳統(tǒng)敏感特性,還希望能夠改善高的工作溫度對(duì)氣敏材料的制約,也就是說(shuō),研制出一種在室溫下就能工作的氣敏材料。在對(duì)氣敏材料的研究中,摻雜可以提高氣敏材料的敏感特性。因此,在本論文中,我們研究了一種在紫外光照下的氣敏材料,并對(duì)該氣敏材料進(jìn)行摻雜,也就是說(shuō),對(duì)ZnO氣敏材料摻雜Cd,摻雜后的ZnO敏感薄膜就可以工作在常溫狀態(tài)下,不需要添加加熱電極。在這里我們選取波長(zhǎng)為370nm的紫外線作為激勵(lì)源,使用溶膠凝膠法制備ZnO薄膜和摻雜Cd的ZnO薄膜。通過(guò)控制紫外線照射強(qiáng)度,測(cè)量Cd不同摻雜濃度的ZnO敏感薄膜的靈敏度,從而選擇最佳摻雜比例。后測(cè)量其選擇性、重復(fù)性和響應(yīng)時(shí)間等。通過(guò)我們的論文可以得到這樣的結(jié)論,當(dāng)摻雜Cd的ZnO薄膜是一種有前景的敏感膜,紫外線照射強(qiáng)度為1.53mW/cm2得出摻雜為2.6%的時(shí)候,靈敏度最好。
[Abstract]:At present, the formaldehyde gas in every hour and moment affects people's life and health, so the measurement of formaldehyde more and more people study, detection methods of formaldehyde in all aspects of life are used. In the study on Determination of formaldehyde in sensitive features can use gas sensing material to detect the concentration of formaldehyde and harm the coefficient on people in the study of gas sensitive materials, people have not only to enhance the selectivity and sensitivity of the traditional gas, also hope to be able to improve the high temperature control of gas sensitive materials, that is, to develop a gas sensitive material can work at room temperature. In the study of gas sensitive materials, doping can improve the sensitivity of gas sensitive materials. Therefore, in this thesis, we study a kind of gas sensitive materials under UV irradiation, and doping on the gas sensing material, that is to say, the ZnO gas sensitive material The material doped Cd, ZnO doped film can work at room temperature, do not need to add the heating electrode. Here we selected wavelength of 370nm ultraviolet as excitation source, ZnO thin film and Cd doped ZnO thin films prepared by sol-gel method. By controlling the UV irradiation intensity, sensitivity of ZnO sensitive film measurement Cd different doping concentration, so as to choose the optimal doping ratio. After measuring the selectivity, repeatability and response time. Through our paper can get such a conclusion, when the ZnO doped Cd film is a kind of sensitive membrane potential, intensity of ultraviolet radiation is 1.53mW/cm2 that doping is 2.6%, sensitivity is best.
