在聚砜微濾膜表面接枝聚合叔胺單體DMAEMA及接枝膜對(duì)水介質(zhì)中毒性陰離子的吸附與分離特性

【摘要】:采用相轉(zhuǎn)化法制得了氯甲基化聚砜(CMPSF)微孔濾膜,以乙二胺為試劑對(duì)CMPSF膜進(jìn)行化學(xué)改性,膜表面的伯胺基與水溶液中的過硫酸銨構(gòu)成表面引發(fā)體系-NH_2/S_2O_8~(2-),使叔胺單體甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)發(fā)生接枝聚合,獲得了多孔接枝膜PSF-g-PDMAEMA?疾炝私又酆系囊(guī)律,對(duì)接枝膜進(jìn)行了充分表征,考察研究了接枝膜對(duì)2種毒性陰離子CrO_4~(2-)及MoO_4~(2-)離子的吸附性能和膜分離去除行為。研究結(jié)果表明,控制水溶液中過硫酸銨的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1%,溫度為50℃,可制得PDMAEMA接枝度為0.64 mg/cm~2的接枝膜。在酸性及中性水溶液中,憑借強(qiáng)烈的靜電相互作用,多孔接枝膜PSF-g-PDMAEMA對(duì)毒性陰離子CrO_4~(2-)離子及MoO_4~(2-)離子均會(huì)產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)吸附作用;以該多孔接枝膜為濾膜進(jìn)行膜分離過程,通過選擇性吸附,可有效地去除水介質(zhì)中的CrO_4~(2-)離子。
[Abstract]:The chloromethylated polysulfone polysulfone (CMP SFF) microporous filter membrane was prepared by phase conversion method. The CMPSF membrane was chemically modified with ethylenediamine as the reagent. The primary amine group on the surface of the membrane and ammonium persulfate in aqueous solution form a surface initiation system-NH _ 2 / S _ 2O _ 8 / T _ 2-S _ 2O _ 8). The graft polymerization of tertiary amine monomer dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) was carried out and the porous graft film PSF-g-PDMAEMA was obtained. The law of graft polymerization was investigated. The graft membrane was fully characterized. The adsorption properties and membrane separation behavior of two toxic anions, CrO4C _ 2) and Moo _ 4H _ 2 ~ (2) were investigated.
