UHPC的軸拉性能與裂縫寬度控制能力研究

【摘要】:為研究3種類型超高性能混凝土(ultra-high performance concrete,簡(jiǎn)稱UHPC)的軸拉應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線及其裂縫寬度控制能力,包括高應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化UHPC、低應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化UHPC和應(yīng)變軟化UHPC.采用軸拉試驗(yàn)方法測(cè)試狗骨頭形試件,得到UHPC的軸拉應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線和縫寬-應(yīng)變曲線.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:高應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化UHPC和低應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化UHPC的軸拉應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線均包括彈性段、應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化段和應(yīng)變軟化段,應(yīng)變軟化UHPC只有彈性段和應(yīng)變軟化段;UHPC應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化段和應(yīng)變軟化段的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)是裂縫緩慢擴(kuò)展和迅速擴(kuò)展的臨界點(diǎn);提高UHPC的極限拉伸應(yīng)變,即延長(zhǎng)其應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化段,有助于提高其裂縫寬度控制能力;高應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化UHPC拉伸應(yīng)變?cè)?.42%之前,其裂縫寬度均小于0.05 mm.對(duì)比C50混凝土(極限應(yīng)變、極限強(qiáng)度分別為0.012%、2.3 MPa),高應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化UHPC優(yōu)異的裂縫寬度控制能力避免了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中受正常使用狀態(tài)裂縫寬度驗(yàn)算限制的影響,同時(shí)可在鋼筋屈服前與其全程協(xié)同工作,這使得鋼筋增強(qiáng)高應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化UHPC在某些需要對(duì)裂縫寬度進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格控制的結(jié)構(gòu)類型中具有很高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:In order to study three types of ultra-high performance concrete of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). The axial tensile stress-strain curve and its crack width control ability, including high strain strengthening UHPC. Low strain strengthened UHPC and strain softening UHPC were used to test the dog bone specimens. The axial tensile stress-strain curves and slit width-strain curves of UHPC are obtained. The experimental results show that the axial tensile stress-strain curves of UHPC with high strain strengthening and UHPC with low strain strength include elastic segments. Strain hardening and strain softening phase, strain softening UHPC only elastic and strain softening phase; The turning point of UHPC strain strengthening section and strain softening stage is the critical point of slow and rapid crack propagation. Increasing the ultimate tensile strain of UHPC, that is, prolonging its strain strengthening section, will help to improve its crack width control ability. The crack width of high strain strengthened UHPC is less than 0. 05 mm before 0.42%. Compared with C50 concrete, the ultimate strain and ultimate strength are 0.012% respectively. The excellent crack width control ability of high strain strengthened UHPC avoids the influence of checking calculation of crack width in normal service state in structural design. At the same time, it can work with the steel bar in the whole process before yielding, which makes the reinforced reinforced high strain strengthened UHPC have high application value in some structural types which need to strictly control the crack width.
