發(fā)展了一種鎳催化環(huán)丁酮肟酯和芳基鋅試劑之間Negishi偶聯(lián)的方法.鎳既作為亞胺自由基的引發(fā)劑,也作為芳基鋅試劑與烷基自由基偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)的催化劑在反應(yīng)中起作用.本方法可避免使用劇毒的氰化物,且具有很廣的底物適應(yīng)性和官能團(tuán)兼容性,因此可能是一種具有潛在吸引力的高效合成烷基腈類(lèi)化合物的新策略.初步的機(jī)理研究顯示,該反應(yīng)極可能經(jīng)歷自由基歷程.
