【摘要】：化學(xué)計量學(xué)算法為重疊氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜(GC-MS)信號的解析提供了有效手段,但其在計算過程中一般需要將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分段處理,然后只對信號的某些區(qū)間進(jìn)行解析,難以實現(xiàn)真正意義上的高通量分析。該文結(jié)合移動窗口目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換因子分析(MWTTFA)和非負(fù)免疫算法(NNIA),建立了一種高通量解析方法。首先,根據(jù)所有可能存在的目標(biāo)組分的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)譜信息,利用MWTTFA檢驗復(fù)雜信號中存在的組分,并確定目標(biāo)組分的質(zhì)譜信息和洗脫時間區(qū)域。以得到的質(zhì)譜信息作為后續(xù)計算的輸入值,利用NNIA解析得到相應(yīng)的色譜信息。采用快速升溫程序?qū)?7種和42種農(nóng)藥混合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品的GC-MS信號進(jìn)行分析,利用所建立的方法可在10 min內(nèi)得到全部組分的色譜和質(zhì)譜信息。
[Abstract]:Chemometrics algorithm provides an effective means for the analysis of overlapping gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) signals, but in the process of calculation, it is generally necessary to segment the data, and then only some intervals of the signal are analyzed, so it is difficult to realize the real high-throughput analysis. In this paper, a high throughput analysis method is established based on moving window target conversion factor analysis (MWTTFA) and non-negative immune algorithm (NNIA),. Firstly, according to the standard mass spectrometry information of all possible target components, the components existing in complex signals are tested by MWTTFA, and the mass spectrometry information and eluting time region of the target components are determined. The obtained mass spectrometry information is used as the input value of the subsequent calculation, and the corresponding chromatographic information is obtained by NNIA analysis. The GC-MS signals of 17 and 42 pesticide mixed standard samples were analyzed by rapid heating program. The chromatographic and mass spectrometry information of all components could be obtained within 10 min by using the established method.
