食品接觸類紙、木制品中殺菌劑的測定

【摘要】:為測定食品接觸類紙、木制品中殺菌劑的含量,建立高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜同時分析5種常用殺菌劑(5-氯-2-甲基-4-異噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-異噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并異噻唑啉-3-酮、2-溴-2-硝基-1,3-丙二醇(溴硝醇)、五氯苯酚)的方法。樣品經(jīng)過甲醇超聲提取后,以甲醇和水為流動相,根據(jù)保留時間不同,采用電噴霧正、負離子分段離子化,多反應監(jiān)測模式,外標法進行分析。結(jié)果表明:5種殺菌劑在1~100μg/L范圍內(nèi)線性良好,方法的檢測限在2.7~47μg/kg之間,加標回收率為82.88%~106.31%,相對標準偏差為0.5%~8.1%。該方法靈敏、準確,適合食品接觸類紙、木制品中殺菌劑含量的分析,可為監(jiān)測該類產(chǎn)品對食品安全的影響提供一種有效的測定方法。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the content of fungicides in food contact paper and wood products, a method for simultaneous analysis of five common fungicides (5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 1, 2-benzoisothiazolin-3-one, 2-bromo-2-nitro-1, 3-propanediol, pentachlorophenol) was established by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. After ultrasonic extraction of methanol, methanol and water were used as mobile phases. according to the retention time, the samples were analyzed by electrospray positive and negative ion ionization, multi-reaction monitoring mode and external standard method. The results showed that the linearity of the five fungicides was good in the range of 1 ~ 100 渭 g / L, the detection limit was 2.7 ~ 47 渭 g / kg, the recovery was 82.88% 鈮,
