負(fù)載型鈰鈦SCR催化劑反應(yīng)機(jī)理探究

【摘要】:采用水熱法合成了TiO_2納米顆粒,并負(fù)載了CeO_2進(jìn)行選擇性催化還原(SCR)氮氧化物的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)TiO_2納米顆粒為載體時(shí),催化劑在整個(gè)溫度區(qū)間內(nèi)的活性都高于商用P25為載體的催化劑。采用原位紅外對(duì)CeO_2/TiO_2催化劑SCR反應(yīng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在250℃下該反應(yīng)主要遵循Eley-Rideal反應(yīng)機(jī)理,即吸附于Lewis酸性位點(diǎn)上的NH3與氣相NO發(fā)生反應(yīng)生成N2和H2O,被還原的Ce3+與O_2發(fā)生作用重氧化為Ce4+。
[Abstract]:TiO_2 nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method and loaded with CeO_2 for selective catalytic reduction of (SCR) nitrogen oxides. It was found that when TiO_2 nanoparticles were used as carriers, The activity of the catalyst in the whole temperature range was higher than that of the commercial P25 supported catalyst. The SCR reaction mechanism of CeO_2/TiO_2 catalyst was studied by in situ infrared spectroscopy. It was found that the reaction mainly followed the Eley-Rideal reaction mechanism at 250 鈩,
