激光共振電離質(zhì)譜法測(cè)量錫的同位素比

【摘要】:采用實(shí)驗(yàn)室研制的激光共振電離質(zhì)譜儀,建立了錫(Sn)同位素的激光共振電離質(zhì)譜分析方法。測(cè)量了錫原子的自電離態(tài)光譜,確認(rèn)了錫的一條三色三光子共振電離路徑,其各步激發(fā)/電離的激光波長(zhǎng)分別為λ_1=286.4 nm、λ_2=811.6 nm、λ_3=823.7 nm;通過(guò)將樣品與氧化石墨烯溶液混合制樣,有效提高了錫樣品的電熱原子化效率,1μg錫的總探測(cè)效率達(dá)到3×10~(-5)以上,是直接滴樣方式的4.5倍左右。采用本方法對(duì)錫、銻、碲(1∶1∶1,m/m)混合模擬樣品進(jìn)行測(cè)試,實(shí)現(xiàn)了錫的選擇性電離,有效避免了測(cè)量過(guò)程中銻、碲對(duì)錫的同量異位素干擾,樣品中主要同位素比~(116)Sn/~(120)Sn,~(117)Sn/~(120)Sn,~(118)Sn/~(120)Sn和~(119)Sn/~(120)Sn測(cè)量的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差均1%。結(jié)果表明,本方法能夠有效解決TIMS、ICP-MS等商業(yè)質(zhì)譜儀在錫同位素質(zhì)譜分析過(guò)程中的同量異位素干擾難題,有望應(yīng)用于反應(yīng)堆乏燃料中裂變產(chǎn)物~(121)mSn、~(126)Sn的測(cè)量。
