立構規(guī)整性二氧化碳共聚物:從無定型到結晶性材料轉變

【摘要】:二氧化碳與環(huán)氧烷烴交替共聚制備降解性聚碳酸酯是重要的綠色聚合反應之一.盡管二氧化碳共聚物的工業(yè)化已經具備了一定基礎,但卻受制于材料性能、品種單一等問題,發(fā)展十分緩慢.先前發(fā)展的二氧化碳基聚碳酸酯是非晶且玻璃化轉變溫度較低,存在高溫強度迅速變差等問題.通過立構規(guī)整性聚合使碳酸酯單元在主鏈上有序排列可能是該類聚合物結晶的主要途徑.本文重點介紹了二氧化碳與環(huán)氧烷烴的立構規(guī)整性聚合方面的最新研究進展,包括高立構規(guī)整性催化劑的設計,以及結晶性二氧化碳基聚碳酸酯的創(chuàng)制工作.
[Abstract]:Alternating polymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxy alkane to prepare degradable polycarbonate is one of the important green polymerization reactions. Although the industrialization of carbon dioxide copolymer has a certain foundation, it is restricted by the properties of materials, single variety and other issues, the development is very slow. The carbon dioxide based polycarbonate developed previously is amorphous and the glass transition temperature is low, and there are some problems, such as the rapid deterioration of high temperature strength and so on. The ordered arrangement of carbonate units on the main chain by regular polymerization may be the main way for the crystallization of this kind of polymers. In this paper, the latest research progress in vertical structural regular polymerization of carbon dioxide and epoxy alkane is introduced, including the design of high vertical regular catalyst and the creation of crystalline carbon dioxide based polycarbonate.
