脲基功能化苯酚印跡聚合物的合成及其對苯酚的吸附研究

【摘要】:以苯酚為模板,γ-脲基丙基三甲氧基硅烷為功能單體采用表面分子印跡聚合法制備了脲基功能化的苯酚表面分子印跡聚合物(苯酚-MIP),并使用紅外光譜對苯酚-MIP的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:在最佳條件下,初始濃度c0=150mg/L,吸附時(shí)間t=20min,pH=7,溫度T=30℃下,苯酚-MIP的吸附量是非印跡聚合物(NIP)的2.32倍。動力學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)擬合結(jié)果顯示:苯酚在苯酚-MIP上的吸附符合偽二級動力學(xué)模型和Langmuir等溫模型。另外,選擇性實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:苯酚-MIP可以快速和選擇性地吸附水中的苯酚。
