超聲振動聚合物界面摩擦生熱仿真分析

【摘要】:采用ANSYS和LS-DYNA仿真分析超聲振動聚合物界面摩擦生熱過程,主要分析超聲振幅、超聲頻率和摩擦因數(shù)對界面摩擦生熱速率的影響規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:界面摩擦生熱能使聚合物溫度升高,且生熱是瞬態(tài)過程,超聲振動作用時間0.164 45s,聚合物界面局部溫度能升高到160.7℃,生熱速率達(dá)到855.57℃/s。界面摩擦生熱速率隨著超聲振幅、超聲頻率和摩擦因數(shù)的增加而增大,超聲頻率對聚合物界面摩擦生熱速率的影響更顯著。
[Abstract]:ANSYS and LS-DYNA were used to simulate and analyze the interfacial friction heat generation process of ultrasonic vibrating polymers. The effects of ultrasonic amplitude, ultrasonic frequency and friction coefficient on the interfacial friction heat generation rate were mainly analyzed. The results show that the temperature of the polymer is increased by interfacial friction heat generation, and the heat generation is a transient process. The ultrasonic vibration time is 0.164 45s, the local temperature of the polymer interface can rise to 160.7 鈩,
