球形TiO2-ZnO復(fù)合納米顆粒的合成、表征及光催化性能(英文)

【摘要】:通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單、快速的兩步法成功制得了一系列不同摩爾比的球形TiO_2-ZnO復(fù)合納米顆粒。用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(FESEM)及紫外-可見(jiàn)漫反射光譜(UV-vis DRS)等多種手段對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行表征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),TiO_2-ZnO復(fù)合物中TiO_2和ZnO兩相獨(dú)立存在;顆粒粒徑并非隨TiO_2與ZnO摩爾比的提高單調(diào)減小,而是先減小后增大;與純ZnO相比,TiO_2-ZnO復(fù)合物的吸收邊帶發(fā)生了明顯紅移。以甲基橙(MO)和亞甲基藍(lán)(MB)為降解對(duì)象,考察了紫外-可見(jiàn)光照下所制TiO_2-ZnO復(fù)合納米顆粒的光催化效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,所有TiO_2-ZnO復(fù)合納米顆粒均具有較純ZnO更高的光催化活性。TiO_2與ZnO的摩爾比為0.75∶1時(shí),復(fù)合物光催化降解甲基橙的效果最好,TiO_2與ZnO的摩爾比為1∶1時(shí),復(fù)合物光催化降解亞甲基藍(lán)的效果最好。
[Abstract]:A series of spherical TiO_2-ZnO composite nanoparticles with different molar ratios were successfully prepared by a simple and fast two-step method. The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-vis DRS). It is found that the TiO_2 and ZnO phases exist independently in the TiO_2-ZnO complex, and the particle size decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of the molar ratio of TiO_2 to ZnO. Compared with pure ZnO, the absorption sideband of TiO_2-ZnO complex has a red shift. Using methyl orange (MO) and methylene blue (MB) as degradation objects, the photocatalytic effect of TiO_2-ZnO composite nanoparticles prepared by UV-Vis irradiation was investigated. The experimental results show that all TiO_2-ZnO composite nanoparticles have higher photocatalytic activity than pure ZnO. When the molar ratio of TiO_2 to ZnO is 0.75: 1, the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange is the best. When the molar ratio of TiO_2 to ZnO is 1:1, the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue is the best.
