堿改性HZSM-5催化熱解木質(zhì)素催化劑失活分析

【摘要】:對0.3 mol·L-1 Na OH改性后的HZSM-5以及未改性HZSM-5催化劑進行循環(huán)和再生評價實驗以考察催化劑的壽命。對反應(yīng)后和再生的催化劑進行N2吸脫附以及NH3-TPD表征,并通過對反應(yīng)后的催化劑進行SEM、TGA、FTIR、UV-Vis等表征分析催化劑積炭。兩種催化劑的活性均隨著循環(huán)實驗次數(shù)的增加而逐漸降低,經(jīng)4次循環(huán)實驗的改性HZSM-5催化劑的催化活性遠高于4次循環(huán)實驗的未改性HZSM-5催化劑。反應(yīng)過的催化劑經(jīng)高溫煅燒再生后其活性都有所恢復(fù),再生后的改性HZSM-5的催化活性仍高于未改性催化劑。對兩種不同催化劑積炭分析,改性后催化劑的積炭量少于未改性的催化劑,其積炭組分中高聚芳烴的含量相對較多。
[Abstract]:The cycle and regeneration experiments of HZSM-5 modified with 0.3 mol L-1 Na OH and unmodified HZSM-5 were carried out to investigate the lifetime of the catalyst. The catalyst after reaction and regeneration was characterized by N2 adsorption and desorption and NH3-TPD, and the catalyst was characterized by SEM,TGA,FTIR,UV-Vis. The activity of the two catalysts decreased gradually with the increase of the number of cycles. The catalytic activity of the modified HZSM-5 catalyst after four cycles was much higher than that of the unmodified HZSM-5 catalyst. The catalytic activity of the modified HZSM-5 was still higher than that of the unmodified catalyst after the catalyst was regenerated at high temperature. The results show that the carbon deposition of the modified catalyst is less than that of the unmodified catalyst, and the content of high polyaromatic hydrocarbon in the carbon component of the modified catalyst is relatively high.
