火把花根片中間體的HPLC指紋圖譜研究

【摘要】:目的:建立火把花根片中間體的高效液相色譜(HPLC)指紋圖譜。方法:采用HPLC法。色譜柱為用Inertsil ODS-4,流動相為乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脫),流速為0.75 mL/min,檢測波長為220 nm,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為10μL。以雷公藤晉堿為參照,測定10批樣品的HPLC圖譜,采用《中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評價系統(tǒng)》(2004 A版)進(jìn)行共有峰指認(rèn)和相似度評價。結(jié)果:10批火把花根片中間體的HPLC圖譜有25個共有峰,相似度均0.90。經(jīng)驗(yàn)證,10批樣品HPLC圖譜與對照指紋圖譜具有較好的一致性。結(jié)論:該研究所建指紋圖譜可為火把花根片中間體的鑒別和質(zhì)量評價提供參考。
