NANO碳凈化-超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法測(cè)定東北黑土壤中多農(nóng)殘含量

【摘要】:本文使用NANO碳凈化柱對(duì)土壤中的31種農(nóng)藥進(jìn)行凈化,并且通過(guò)超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法(UPLC-MS/MS)進(jìn)行測(cè)定。土壤樣品經(jīng)過(guò)NANO碳凈化柱,凈化效果良好。31種農(nóng)藥的檢出限為0.001~0.01mg/kg,定量限為0.003~0.033mg/kg,添加回收率在70%~120%之間,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)在0%~10%之間。結(jié)果表明,該方法簡(jiǎn)單、快捷、靈敏度高,線性范圍、回收率和精密度均適合土壤中的31種農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè),在土壤農(nóng)藥殘留篩查中具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 31 pesticides in soil were purified by NANO carbon column, and determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Soil samples were purified by NANO carbon column. The detection limit of 31 pesticides was 0.001 ~ 0.01 mg / kg, the quantitative limit was 0.003 ~ 3 ~ 0. 033 mg / kg 路kg ~ (-1), the recovery rate was between 70% and 120%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was between 0 ~ 10%. The results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive, linear range, recovery rate and precision are suitable for the detection of 31 pesticide residues in soil, and has a good application prospect in soil pesticide residue screening.
