焙燒溫度對HZSM-5分子篩催化甲醇制芳烴反應(yīng)性能的影響

【摘要】:以含模板劑的HZSM-5分子篩為載體,結(jié)合TG-DTA、XRD、SEM、BET、NH3-TPD及Py-IR等表征方法,分析不同溫度焙燒脫除模板劑的HZSM-5的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì),并通過固定床微反裝置考察其催化甲醇制芳烴(MTA)反應(yīng)的性能。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),模板劑分解溫度區(qū)間在350~850℃,焙燒溫度會對HZSM-5催化劑的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)和催化性能產(chǎn)生較大的影響,其中在焙燒溫度550℃時,HZSM-5催化劑的比表面積、孔容和孔徑最大,此時B酸中心與L酸中心的比例適宜,MTA反應(yīng)壽命最長,芳烴選擇性達(dá)到52.5%,苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)占芳烴產(chǎn)物的66.9%。焙燒溫度超過650℃時,HZSM-5分子篩孔道會隨著骨架鋁的遷移而坍塌,強(qiáng)酸中心逐漸消失,反應(yīng)活性降低。
