稀土摻雜氟化物單晶體的光譜性能及其應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Rare earth ions have become one of the ideal composition of luminescent materials due to their unique structure and numerous energy levels. The optical properties of this kind of luminescent materials are very excellent and have strong practical application potential. The physical and chemical properties of fluoride matrix are very stable, and the phonon energy is low, so it is an ideal luminescent material matrix. Rare earth ion doped fluoride is a commonly used scheme to fabricate rare earth luminescent materials, which is superior to the previous non fluoride matrix. The experimental scheme chosen in this paper is to add rare earth ions into fluoride matrix. In our laboratory, rare earth ion doped fluorides were successfully prepared by the improved Bridgman method, that is, the crucible descent method. The samples will then be processed into a thin slice with a thickness of about 2mm. The XRD diffraction spectra, absorption spectra, excitation spectra, emission spectra, etc., of these thin samples will be measured, and the optical properties of the crystal samples will be analyzed through these data. Some practical applications suitable for its optical properties are also introduced. In the first chapter, some basic concepts of rare earth luminescent materials are introduced. Some basic knowledge of rare earth luminescent materials has been obtained. Then the practical applications of rare earth luminescent materials in some fields are listed. The applications of rare earth luminescent materials in solid state UV lasers and solid white LED are described in detail. The second chapter mainly introduces the experimental process and some basic theoretical knowledge and instruments used. The theoretical knowledge includes XRD diffraction spectrum, absorption spectrum, emission spectrum and fluorescence analysis, through which the optical properties of the samples are analyzed. In the third to fifth chapters, several specific experimental results are introduced, such as: ce _ 3 doped 偽 -Na YF4 single crystal and Eu3 doped 偽 -Na YF4 single crystal. In this paper, the molar ratio of the chemical components prepared for the experimental samples and the detailed crystal growth process are introduced. The optical properties of the samples are analyzed by measuring some characterization parameters of the samples. They can be valued in some fields by understanding their optical properties. Finally, the advantages of rare earth ion doped fluorides are summarized, and the practical application potential of experimental samples is summarized. At the same time, the shortcomings of the experiment are put forward, and the future development is prospected.
