4種不同藥材來源郁金飲片中揮發(fā)油成分的GC-MS分析

【摘要】:目的:分析4種不同藥材來源郁金飲片中揮發(fā)油成分,找出其共有及差異成分,為該飲片的合理使用提供依據(jù)。方法:采用水蒸氣蒸餾法提取揮發(fā)油,利用GC-MS對(duì)4種不同藥材來源郁金飲片揮發(fā)油成分進(jìn)行測(cè)定,載氣高純度氦氣,進(jìn)樣溫度250℃,壓力49.5 k Pa,總流量36.0 m L·min~(-1),柱流量1.0 m L·min~(-1),線速度36.1 cm·s~(-1);電離方式電子轟擊離子源,電離電壓70 e V,離子源溫度200℃,接口溫度280℃,溶劑延時(shí)3.5 min,m/z 40~400。結(jié)果:4種不同來源郁金飲片揮發(fā)油均檢測(cè)出了50種成分,其中有3種共有成分,3種郁金共有成分達(dá)13種,2種郁金共有成分達(dá)15種;4種郁金共有、交互存在的揮發(fā)油成分達(dá)31種。結(jié)論:4種不同藥材來源郁金飲片揮發(fā)油中存在共有及交互存在的成分。吉馬酮可作為溫郁金、桂郁金、綠絲郁金的含量測(cè)定指標(biāo)成分;姜黃素、姜黃酮、芳姜黃酮等可作為黃絲郁金的含量測(cè)定指標(biāo)成分。
