Beta分子篩催化劑上甲苯和三甲苯烷基轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)條件優(yōu)化及其反應(yīng)機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:以Beta分子篩為催化劑,系統(tǒng)考察了反應(yīng)條件和催化劑酸性變化對(duì)甲苯和三甲苯烷基轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)催化性能的影響.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,反應(yīng)條件、分子篩晶粒尺寸及其酸性對(duì)烷基轉(zhuǎn)移催化活性和穩(wěn)定性都具有顯著影響.研究發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為450℃、壓力為3 MPa以及反應(yīng)物甲苯和三甲苯物質(zhì)的量比為1時(shí),二甲苯收率達(dá)到最高;分子篩催化活性隨硅鋁比升高而降低;催化劑晶粒尺寸減小能夠顯著提高反應(yīng)穩(wěn)定性.同時(shí),還對(duì)甲苯和三甲苯烷基轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入研究,推導(dǎo)出了可能的反應(yīng)機(jī)理路線圖.
[Abstract]:The effects of reaction conditions and catalyst acidity on the catalytic performance of toluene and trimethylbenzene alkyl transfer reaction were systematically investigated using Beta molecular sieve as catalyst.
