密閉消解-ICP-MS法測(cè)定地質(zhì)樣品中的痕量銠和銥

【摘要】:采用密閉消解的方法,以王水在200℃經(jīng)16 h消解地質(zhì)樣品,用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(ICP-MS)直接測(cè)定Rh和Ir。以L(fǎng)u為內(nèi)標(biāo)元素消除基體效應(yīng),建立校正方程消除Cu和Sr對(duì)Rh、Hf對(duì)Ir的所產(chǎn)生的多原子離子干擾,可在酸溶體系中不經(jīng)分離富集直接測(cè)定鉑族物料中的痕量Rh和Ir。結(jié)果表明,Rh和Ir的檢出限分別為0.014 ng/g和0.012 ng/g,方法回收率為90%~111%,用于鉑族元素地球化學(xué)一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)中Rh、Ir的測(cè)定,所得結(jié)果與認(rèn)定值一致,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)小于9.6%。
