用于快速檢測(cè)沙丁胺醇的分子印跡傳感器的制備及其在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:首先通過(guò)電沉積納米金,電聚合聚硫堇對(duì)玻碳電極表面進(jìn)行了修飾,之后利用沙丁胺醇為模板分子,通過(guò)電聚合α-甲基丙烯酸,制備了一種選擇性具有特異識(shí)別功能的納米金/聚硫堇/沙丁胺醇分子印跡電化學(xué)傳感器。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用循環(huán)伏安法和差分脈沖法,對(duì)不同的修飾電極進(jìn)行了表征,優(yōu)化電極的制備和測(cè)定條件,研究了印跡傳感器對(duì)模板分子的選擇性響應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:最佳制備條件下,模板分子:功能單體=1:4,聚合15圈,以0.5 mmol/L硫酸:乙腈(1:9,V/V)洗脫10 min,在p H=7.0的PBS溶液中進(jìn)行DPV檢測(cè),線性范圍為2.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 mol/L,檢測(cè)限為6.0×10-8 mol/L,S/N=3。該傳感器靈敏度高,抗干擾能力強(qiáng),重現(xiàn)和穩(wěn)定性好。利用制備的分子印跡電化學(xué)傳感器對(duì)食品中的沙丁胺醇進(jìn)行了測(cè)定,回收率在86.5%~111.9%(n=3),結(jié)果令人滿意。
[Abstract]:The surface of glassy carbon electrode was modified by electrodeposition of nano-gold and electropolymerization of polythionine, and then 偽 -methacrylic acid was electropolymerized by using salbutamol as template molecule. A selective gold / polythionine / salbutamol molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was prepared. Different modified electrodes were characterized by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse method. The preparation and determination conditions of the electrodes were optimized. The selective response of the imprinting sensors to template molecules was studied. The results showed that under the optimum preparation conditions, the template molecule consisted of functional monomer 1: 4, polymerized for 15 cycles, eluted with 0.5 mmol / L sulfuric acid and acetonitrile (1: 9 V / V) for 10 min, and DPV was detected in PBS solution of pH 7.0. The linear range was 2.0 脳 10-71.0 脳 10-4 mol / L, and the detection limit was 6.0 脳 10-8 mol / L / N ~ (-1). The sensor has high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, good reproducibility and stability. Salbutamol in food was determined by molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor. The recovery of salbutamol in food was 86.5% (n ~ (3). The results were satisfactory.
