氯化鍶非平衡吸附動力學(xué)模型及其在制冷中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了研究氯化鍶混合吸附劑-氨氣工質(zhì)對的非平衡吸附動力學(xué)模型,對混合比例為4:1(氯化鍶:膨脹硫化石墨)的氯化鍶-膨脹硫化石墨混合吸附劑的吸附與解吸性能進(jìn)行了測試與研究。發(fā)現(xiàn)其非平衡吸附過程是雙變量控制過程而不是單變量控制過程。通過對其等壓吸附/解吸過程及解吸滯后現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步分析,建立了氯化鍶混合吸附劑的動力學(xué)模型。分別用理論、實(shí)驗(yàn)及模型數(shù)據(jù)擬合吸附制冷過程的COP和制冷量,結(jié)果表明,所建立的非平衡動力學(xué)模型的擬合結(jié)果和實(shí)際結(jié)果吻合得很好。例如在蒸發(fā)溫度為0℃、環(huán)境溫度為25℃、熱源溫度為90.5℃以上時,擬合COP所帶來的最大誤差只有1.0%,而理論的平衡吸附性能計(jì)算所帶來的最大誤差為25.8%;理論得到的制冷量比實(shí)際值偏高188.1%,而擬合值只比實(shí)際值偏高2.1%。
[Abstract]:In order to study the non-equilibrium adsorption kinetic model of strontium chloride mixed adsorbent-ammonia working fluid pair, The adsorption and desorption properties of a mixture of strontium chloride and expanded graphite sulphide with a mixture ratio of 4:1 (strontium chloride: expanded graphite sulfide) were tested and studied. It is found that the non-equilibrium adsorption process is a bivariate control process rather than a univariate control process. Based on the analysis of isobaric adsorption / desorption process and desorption hysteresis, a kinetic model of strontium chloride mixed adsorbent was established.
