植物激素測(cè)定的挑戰(zhàn)與方法學(xué)進(jìn)展

【摘要】:植物激素雖為有機(jī)小分子但卻調(diào)控了地球上所有植物的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育過程.唯其功能取決于含量水平,非準(zhǔn)確測(cè)知而不能有所闡釋.然而如何能從有限量、超復(fù)雜的鮮活植物機(jī)體中發(fā)現(xiàn)并測(cè)準(zhǔn)痕量、超痕量的目標(biāo)激素,卻是瓶頸.國(guó)內(nèi)外就此展開了不懈的研究,近年來(lái)有所突破但尚缺乏總結(jié)剖析.故本文嘗試對(duì)此作一歸納,并展望其發(fā)展趨勢(shì).
[Abstract]:Plant hormones are organic small molecules but regulate the growth and development of all plants on Earth. Only its function depends on the level of content and cannot be explained without accurate measurement. However, it is a bottleneck how to find and measure trace and ultratrace target hormones from the organism of living plants with limited and ultra-complex. Domestic and foreign unremitting research has been carried out, in recent years, there are some breakthroughs, but still lack of summary analysis. Therefore, this article attempts to make a summary of this, and looks forward to its development trend.
