【摘要】:正Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.2017,56,12288~12291近幾十年來,過渡金屬催化的C—H鍵活化一直是有機(jī)化學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn).大多數(shù)C—H鍵活化反應(yīng)需要利用導(dǎo)向基,這極大地限制了該類反應(yīng)在有機(jī)合成中的應(yīng)用.解決該問題的一個(gè)有效策略是發(fā)展"無痕"導(dǎo)向基.鹵族元素是理想的"無痕"導(dǎo)向基;該類反應(yīng)是由C—X鍵對過渡金屬氧化加成開始,隨后的分子內(nèi)C—H鍵活化反應(yīng)會形成含有兩個(gè)C—Pd鍵環(huán)鈀絡(luò)合物.該類環(huán)鈀絡(luò)合物不僅有潛在的新穎反應(yīng)活性,其中的兩個(gè)C—Pd鍵還可以被官能團(tuán)化,
[Abstract]:The activation of C H bond catalyzed by transition metal has been a hot spot in organic chemistry in the past few decades. Most of the C H activation reactions need to use the guide group, which greatly restricts the application of this kind of reaction in organic synthesis. An effective strategy to solve this question is to develop "no mark" guidance. The base. Halogen element is an ideal "indentation" guide; this kind of reaction is initiated by the addition of C - X bonds to the oxidation of transition metals. The subsequent activation reaction of C to H bonds will form two C - Pd bond ring palladium complexes. This kind of ring palladium complex not only has potential novel reactive activity, but the two C Pd bonds can be also functionalized.
