利用現(xiàn)代分析技術(shù)對(duì)白河窯白瓷的探究

【摘要】:我國(guó)瓷器制造歷史悠久,瓷器的種類(lèi)繁多,是我國(guó)歷史文化的重要構(gòu)成部分。白瓷作為瓷器中的重要一種,在我國(guó)瓷器發(fā)展歷程中有著重要的轉(zhuǎn)折性作用,為以后的彩瓷的燒制奠定了基礎(chǔ)。相對(duì)于早期瓷器,如青瓷,黑瓷等,白瓷對(duì)原料的處理與配比有更高的要求,以后的“青白釉”、“彩繪”等品種也是在白瓷的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來(lái)。白河窯是目前已知的最早的燒制白瓷的窯口,在2005年的發(fā)掘中發(fā)現(xiàn)了北魏時(shí)期燒制白瓷的遺址,而在2015年,為了配合當(dāng)?shù)鼗?對(duì)白河窯又進(jìn)行而再次發(fā)掘,發(fā)現(xiàn)一大批白瓷樣品,對(duì)于這批白瓷科技內(nèi)涵的研究目前沒(méi)有研究,兩批樣品之間的聯(lián)系,原料產(chǎn)地是否發(fā)生變化等信息也沒(méi)有進(jìn)行系列研究。本文利用X射線熒光分析(XRF)、分光光度計(jì)、熱膨脹儀以及XRD研究白河窯白瓷的原料產(chǎn)地和配方、白瓷釉的反射光主波長(zhǎng)、對(duì)燒成溫度和物相,從而判斷白瓷的產(chǎn)地特征和燒制工藝。(1)對(duì)XRF數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),白河窯兩批白瓷胎的原料來(lái)源相同,可能有相同的原料產(chǎn)地;黃釉瓷胎與白瓷胎的關(guān)系稍遠(yuǎn),應(yīng)與兩批白瓷胎的的原料產(chǎn)地不同;兩批白瓷釉的XRF數(shù)據(jù)難以分開(kāi),原料配方應(yīng)相同或相近。(2)對(duì)反射光譜的分析表明白河窯白瓷的內(nèi)釉與外釉有相同的亮度與色度,外釉的飽和度更高。15白中泛黃白瓷釉與05年白中泛黃白瓷釉波形相似,與05年白中泛青瓷釉波形相差較大。(3)通過(guò)對(duì)6個(gè)白河樣品的熱膨脹實(shí)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分白河窯白瓷的燒成溫度在1130℃~1170℃之間,個(gè)別樣品溫度達(dá)到1300℃。白河窯白瓷樣品大部分處在欠燒階段,個(gè)別樣品在正燒燒制而成。(4)白河窯中白瓷與黃釉瓷的物相主要由低溫石英,方石英以及莫來(lái)石構(gòu)成,個(gè)別樣品含有少量的赤鐵礦或β石英;白河窯中白瓷的燒成溫度比較高,主要集中在1150℃~1200℃之間,也有部分溫度超過(guò)1200℃的這個(gè)結(jié)果跟我們?cè)诘谖逭轮欣脽崤蛎泝x的測(cè)量的燒成溫度得結(jié)果較為符合。黃釉瓷的燒成溫度較低,大部分低于1150℃,低于白瓷的燒成溫度。
[Abstract]:China has a long history of porcelain manufacture and a wide variety of porcelain, which is an important part of Chinese history and culture. White porcelain, as an important kind of porcelain, plays an important turning role in the development of china in our country, which lays a foundation for the future firing of colored porcelain. Compared with early porcelain, such as celadon and black porcelain, white porcelain has higher requirements for the treatment and proportion of raw materials. Later varieties of "green and white glaze" and "color painting" were also developed on the basis of white porcelain technology. The Baihe kiln is the earliest known kiln to burn white porcelain. In 2005, the site of the white porcelain fired during the Northern Wei Dynasty was discovered. In 2015, in order to tie in with the local infrastructure, the Baihe kiln was again excavated. A large number of white porcelain samples have been found. The scientific and technological connotation of these white porcelain samples has not been studied, nor has the information on the relationship between the two samples and the change of raw material origin been carried out. In this paper, X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), spectrophotometer, thermal dilatometer and XRD were used to study the origin and formula of white porcelain in Baihe kiln, the main wavelength of reflection light of white glaze, the firing temperature and phase. According to the analysis of XRF data, it is found that the two batches of white porcelain in Baihe kiln have the same raw material source and may have the same raw material origin, and the relationship between the yellow glazed porcelain tire and the white porcelain tire is slightly far away. The XRF data of the two batches of white porcelain glaze should be different from that of the two batches of white porcelain tyres, and the XRF data of the two batches of white porcelain glazes should be the same or similar. The analysis of the reflectance spectra shows that the inner glaze and the outer glaze of the white porcelain in the Baihe Kiln have the same brightness and color. The saturation of outer glaze is higher. 15 white medium yellowish white glaze is similar to 2005 white pan-yellow white glaze waveform, and there is a big difference between 2005 white and white pan-blue glaze waveform. It is found that the firing temperature of most white porcelain in Baihe kiln is between 1130 鈩,
