基于電噴霧離子化技術(shù)的貴金屬納微結(jié)構(gòu)的制備與研究

【摘要】:本論文致力于研究電噴霧離子化技術(shù)在貴金屬納微結(jié)構(gòu)制備中的應(yīng)用及其作用機(jī)理。通過改變宏觀的外部合成條件來精確地控制貴金屬納微結(jié)構(gòu)的制備與組裝過程,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)貴金屬納微結(jié)構(gòu)的可控制備。同時,通過電子顯微學(xué)技術(shù)及質(zhì)譜檢測技術(shù)等科學(xué)研究手段對樣品進(jìn)行了相關(guān)表征,研究了不同合成條件對貴金屬納微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。另外,本論文嘗試了基于電噴霧離子化技術(shù)制備螺旋狀的金納米組裝體,并研究了電調(diào)控下的Au與手性分子之間的相互作用。第一章介紹了有關(guān)貴金屬納微結(jié)構(gòu)的制備方法和電噴霧離子化相關(guān)的應(yīng)用背景及研究現(xiàn)狀;第二章介紹了基于噴霧輔助產(chǎn)生的微液滴中金納米晶的制備,研究了溫度、前驅(qū)體濃度和外加電壓對金納米晶的形貌和尺寸的影響,并嘗試對各類合成條件對形貌和尺寸的影響機(jī)理做出科學(xué)的解釋;第三章介紹了采用電噴霧離子化技術(shù)可控地在氧化銅納米線上組裝銀的納米顆粒,制備出了蒲公英狀半導(dǎo)體-金屬復(fù)合分級納米結(jié)構(gòu),并研究了離子化的金屬前驅(qū)體由離子狀態(tài)到單質(zhì)狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變過程;第四章介紹了基于電噴霧離子化技術(shù)制備螺旋狀的金納米組裝體的研究,并對該結(jié)構(gòu)在表面增強(qiáng)拉曼光譜中的應(yīng)用做了初步探索,簡要闡述靜電調(diào)控金屬-手性分子相互作用的一般過程;第五章為結(jié)論與展望。本論文對上述基于電噴霧離子化技術(shù)的貴金屬納微結(jié)構(gòu)的制備條件及形成過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的討論,為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展電噴霧離子化技術(shù)在納微結(jié)構(gòu)組裝方面的應(yīng)用奠定了研究基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the application and mechanism of electrospray ionization in the preparation of noble metal nanostructures are studied. The preparation and assembly process of noble metal nanostructures can be precisely controlled by changing the macroscopical synthesis conditions, and the controllable preparation of noble metal nanostructures can be achieved. At the same time, the samples were characterized by means of electron microscopy and mass spectrometry, and the effects of different synthesis conditions on the nanostructures of noble metals were studied. In addition, the helical au nanoparticles were prepared by electrospray ionization technique, and the interaction between au and chiral molecules was studied. In chapter 1, the preparation methods of nanocrystalline nanocrystals of noble metals and the application background and research status of electrospray ionization are introduced. In chapter 2, the preparation of gold nanocrystals in droplets based on spray assisted generation is introduced, and the temperature is studied. The influence of precursor concentration and applied voltage on the morphology and size of au nanocrystalline was studied. In chapter 3, the silver nanoparticles were assembled on copper oxide nanowires by electrospray ionization technology, and the dandelion semiconductor / metal composite nanostructures were prepared. The transition process from ionic state to simple state of metal precursor was studied. In chapter 4, the preparation of spiral gold nanowires based on electrospray ionization was introduced. The application of the structure in surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy is explored, and the general process of electrostatic regulation of metal-chiral interaction is briefly described. Chapter 5 is the conclusion and prospect. In this paper, the preparation conditions and formation process of noble metal nanostructures based on electrospray ionization technology are discussed in detail, which lays a foundation for further research on the application of electrospray ionization technology in nanostructure assembly.
