【摘要】：采用超高效液相色譜-串聯(lián)四極桿飛行時間質(zhì)譜(UPLC-Q-TOF MS)法快速分析三七中17種化合物,包括4對人參皂苷同分異構(gòu)體,即三七皂苷R_1、R_2,人參皂苷Rg_1,人參皂苷Rg_3、Rb_1、Rb_2、Rb_3、Re、Rf、Rc、Ro、Rd、Rk_1、Rh_1和擬人參皂苷_(F11)。采用Waters Acquity UPLC~(TM)BEH C18色譜柱(2.1mm×150mm×1.7μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B)為流動相進(jìn)行梯度洗脫,在電噴霧負(fù)離子模式下采集數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,17種常見的三七皂苷和人參皂苷化合物對照品(包含多種同分異構(gòu)體皂苷)可被液相色譜完全分離,通過歸納總結(jié)質(zhì)譜全裂解信息,探討了其裂解規(guī)律和特征離子。該方法可為快速鑒定和分析含有三七皂苷和人參皂苷類成分的化合物提供參考,并為全面表征三七指紋圖譜提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid analysis of 17 compounds in Panax notoginseng was carried out by UPLC-Q-TOF MS, including four pairs of ginsenoside isomers, namely, Panax notoginsenoside R1C R2, Panax notoginsenoside Rg1, Rg1Rb2Rb2Rb3Rb3Rb3Rb3Rb3Rb3Rb3ReRfRfRfRfRfRb3ReRfRfRfRfRfrcrcrcrkkkkkk1rr1 and Panax saponins R1R1R1, Rg3Rb1Rb2Rb2Rb2Rb3Rb3Rb3Retf RfRfRfRfRfrcrc@@ A Waters Acquity UPLC~(TM)BEH C18 column of 2.1 mm 脳 150mm 脳 1.7 渭 m was used for gradient elution with acetonitrile (acetonitrile) -0.1% formic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, and the data were collected by electrospray anion mode. The results showed that 17 common reference compounds of Panax notoginseng saponins and ginsenoside compounds (including many isomers saponins) could be completely separated by liquid chromatography. By summing up the information of total cracking of mass spectrometry, the cracking law and characteristic ions were discussed. The method can provide a reference for rapid identification and analysis of compounds containing panax notoginsenosides and ginsenosides, and provide a basis for the comprehensive characterization of Panax notoginseng fingerprints.
