【摘要】：建立了同時測定飲料中5種食用合成色素的在線固相萃取-高效液相色譜-紫外檢測(Online-SPE-HPLC-UV)方法。飲料樣品用水稀釋并經(jīng)0.45μm微孔濾膜過濾后,在線固相萃取柱(Acclaim 120 C18)凈化,反相C18分析柱分離,梯度洗脫,紫外檢測器檢測。結(jié)果表明:5種食用合成色素在0.5~20 mg/L濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)(r2)均大于0.999 9,檢出限為0.02~0.08 mg/kg,3個水平下的加標回收率為94.5%~103.0%,相對標準偏差為0.4%~2.7%。該研究為快速準確地分離測定飲料中的食用合成色素提供了有效方法。
[Abstract]:An on-line SPE-SPE-HPLC-UV method for simultaneous determination of five food synthetic pigments in beverages was developed. The beverage samples were diluted with water and filtered by 0.45 渭 m microporous membrane, then purified by on-line solid phase extraction (SPE) column acclaim 120 C18), separated by reversed phase C 18 column, gradient eluted and detected by UV detector. The results showed that there was a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.5 ~ 20 mg/L for 5 kinds of food synthetic pigments. The correlation coefficient (r _ 2) was more than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.02 ~ 0.08 mg / kg, the recovery rate was 94.55 ~ 103.0% and the relative standard deviation was 0.4 ~ (2. 7) 路kg ~ (-1). This study provides an effective method for the rapid and accurate separation and determination of edible synthetic pigments in beverages.
