【摘要】：在田間原位對煙葉成熟度進(jìn)行判別,能夠有效減少由于對成熟度判斷錯(cuò)誤而導(dǎo)致的煙葉損失率升高、質(zhì)量下降的問題,而傳統(tǒng)的人眼結(jié)合葉齡的田間成熟度判別方法缺少客觀性,因此提出采用光譜特征參數(shù)結(jié)合支持向量機(jī)的方法對田間原位煙葉成熟度進(jìn)行判別。以專家評定并在田間原位進(jìn)行測量的五個(gè)成熟度等級共351個(gè)煙葉反射光譜作為試驗(yàn)樣品,五個(gè)成熟度等級分別為M1,M2,M3,M4,M5。通過對反射光譜的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),不同成熟度煙葉的光譜在可見光波段能夠得到區(qū)分,而在近紅外波段區(qū)分不明顯,因此在可見光波段進(jìn)行分析建模。分別采用可見光范圍內(nèi)的連續(xù)光譜(350~780nm)、特征波段(496~719nm)、光譜特征參數(shù)(綠峰幅值、綠峰位置、紅邊幅值、藍(lán)邊幅值、紅邊面積、藍(lán)邊面積、紅邊位置、藍(lán)邊位置)作為輸入變量,采用支持向量機(jī)方法(supportvector machine,SVM)建立煙葉成熟度判別模型。結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用可見光光譜特征參數(shù)作為輸入變量所建立的模型的正確識(shí)別率達(dá)到98.85%,而應(yīng)用可見光連續(xù)譜、可見光特征波段作為輸入變量的正確識(shí)別率分別為90.80%和93.10%。因此使用可見光光譜特征參數(shù)建立支持向量機(jī)的鮮煙葉成熟度判別模型對田間原位煙葉成熟度進(jìn)行判別是可行的。
[Abstract]:In order to distinguish the maturity of tobacco leaves in the field, the loss rate of tobacco leaves increased and the quality of tobacco leaves decreased due to the wrong judgment of maturity. However, the traditional field maturity discrimination method based on human eye and leaf age is lack of objectivity, so the spectral characteristic parameters combined with support vector machine (SVM) is proposed to judge the maturity of field tobacco leaves in situ. A total of 351 tobacco leaf reflectance spectra of five maturity grades assessed by experts and measured in situ were used as experimental samples. The five maturity grades were M1OM2M3M3M4M5, respectively. Through the analysis of reflectance spectrum, it is found that the spectrum of tobacco leaves with different maturity can be distinguished in the visible light band, but not in the near infrared band, so the analysis and modeling are carried out in the visible light wave band. In this paper, the continuous spectral parameters (green peak amplitude, green peak position, red edge amplitude, blue edge amplitude, red edge area, blue edge area, red edge position, blue edge position) were used as input variables. Support vector machine (SVM) was used to establish the tobacco maturity discrimination model. The results show that the correct recognition rate of the model established by using the characteristic parameters of the visible light spectrum as input variables is 98.85, while the correct recognition rates of the visible light characteristic bands as input variables are 90.80% and 93.1010%, respectively. Therefore, it is feasible to use the characteristic parameters of visible light spectrum to establish the support vector machine (SVM) model to distinguish the maturity of fresh tobacco leaves in the field.
