一步水熱法制備無水硫酸鈣晶須

【摘要】:以生石膏為原料,六水氯化鎂為形貌控制劑,采用水熱法一步合成了無水硫酸鈣晶須。借助SEM、TEM、XRD和XPS等測試手段考察了水熱條件對(duì)無水硫酸鈣晶須的影響,研究了無水硫酸鈣晶須的生長過程。結(jié)果表明:鎂/鈣摩爾比n(Mg Cl_2·6H_2O)/n(Ca SO_4·2H_2O)=2.5,反應(yīng)溫度180℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間2 h,可生長出長度為20~40μm,直徑0.5~2μm的無水硫酸鈣晶須。無水硫酸鈣晶須生長過程為:片狀Ca SO_4·2H_2O-纖維狀Ca SO_4·0.5H_2O-纖維狀Ca SO4。
[Abstract]:Anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was synthesized by hydrothermal method using gypsum as raw material and magnesium chloride hexahydrate as morphology control agent. The effect of hydrothermal conditions on anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was investigated by means of XPS and XPS. The growth process of anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker was studied. The results showed that the anhydrous calcium sulfate whiskers with 2040 渭 m in length and 0.5 渭 m in diameter could be grown at 180 鈩,
