高分子多糖水凝膠功能材料研究與應(yīng)用進(jìn)展

【摘要】:與傳統(tǒng)高分子水凝膠材料相比,高分子多糖水凝膠因其具有環(huán)境友好型、生物相容性、特殊功能性、生物可降解性等優(yōu)勢(shì)而倍受重視。綜述了以植物多糖、海洋多糖、微生物多糖及其復(fù)合多糖為原料的多糖水凝膠功能材料的制備方法、功能特性和產(chǎn)品表征方法,介紹了多糖水凝膠材料在醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、食品、化妝品、農(nóng)業(yè)和環(huán)保等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用情況,分析了多糖水凝膠在生物傳感器、生物反應(yīng)器、人工智能材料和抗菌材料等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用前景,并指出提高材料性能與功能特性、分析凝膠形成機(jī)理和功能材料模擬等是未來(lái)多糖水凝膠研究的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional polymer hydrogels, polymer polysaccharides hydrogels have attracted much attention because of their advantages of environmental friendliness, biocompatibility, special function and biodegradability. The preparation, functional characteristics and product characterization of polysaccharide hydrogels with microbial polysaccharides and their composite polysaccharides as raw materials are introduced. The applications of polysaccharide hydrogel materials in medicine and health, food, cosmetics, etc. The application prospects of polysaccharide hydrogel in biosensor, bioreactor, artificial intelligence and antibacterial materials are analyzed, and the properties and functional properties of the materials are pointed out. Analysis of gel formation mechanism and functional material simulation is the focus of future research on polysaccharides hydrogels.
