基于碳量子點與曙紅Y熒光共振能量的轉(zhuǎn)移測定礦石中金

【摘要】:在聚乙烯醇存在下的pH 6.6磷酸氫二鈉-檸檬酸鈉緩沖溶液中,碳量子點與曙紅Y(EY)的熒光共振能量轉(zhuǎn)移,使EY的熒光增強。在該體系中,碳量子點作為能量供體,EY作為能量受體。當加入Au3+后,體系中EY的熒光發(fā)生猝滅。且測得金的線性范圍為0.34~39.20mg·L-1,方法的檢出限(3s/k)為0.17mg·L-1。據(jù)此,將該反應(yīng)體系應(yīng)用于礦石中金量的測定。用標準加入法測定了該方法的回收率及精密度,測得回收率在98.8%~104%之間,測定值的相對標準偏差(n=6)在0.13%~0.17%之間。
[Abstract]:In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, the fluorescence resonance energy transfer between carbon quantum dots and eosin YEY in pH 6.6 disodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium citrate buffer solution enhances the fluorescence of EY. The fluorescence of EY in the system was quenched with the addition of Au3. The linear range of gold was 0.34 ~ 39.20 mg 路L ~ (-1), and the detection limit was 0.17 mg 路L ~ (-1). The reaction system was applied to the determination of gold in ores. The recovery and precision of the method were determined by standard addition method. The recoveries were between 98.8% and 104%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination values was 0.13% and 0.17%.
