拉西地平的太赫茲光譜實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:測(cè)量了高純拉西地平(98%)和拉西地平口服藥片(2%)0.5~1.8THz的太赫茲反射時(shí)域信號(hào),并分別提取出二者的吸收譜和折射率譜。通過(guò)將純樣品的吸收峰位與CASTEP晶體軟件計(jì)算得到的吸收線位置進(jìn)行比較,并用Lorentz線型函數(shù)對(duì)其中位置相近的吸收峰進(jìn)行擬合,得到了拉西地平的指紋譜,并從實(shí)驗(yàn)上確定了拉西地平的六個(gè)特征頻率,這些頻率分別為0.62,0.78,1.07,1.28,1.63和1.76THz;由于口服藥片中添加了其他大分子物質(zhì)作為輔料,這些物質(zhì)帶來(lái)的吸收本底會(huì)對(duì)拉西地平的特征峰的識(shí)別造成干擾,因此,特征吸收峰數(shù)量減少至四個(gè),它們分別是0.62,0.78,1.28和1.63THz;另外,純樣品和口服藥片的折射率譜存在較大差異,這也與口服藥中添加的輔料有關(guān)。盡管實(shí)際的拉西地平口服藥片中含有的拉西地平的成分很低,但是,太赫茲指紋譜依然可以將拉西地平的特征頻率識(shí)別出來(lái)。因此,太赫茲時(shí)域光譜技術(shù)對(duì)拉西地平藥品的成分檢測(cè)是十分有效的。
[Abstract]:The time domain signals of terahertz reflex of high purity lacidipine 98) and lacidipine oral tablets were measured at 0.5 THz and 1.8 THz. The absorption spectra and refractive index spectra were extracted respectively. The position of absorption peak of pure sample was compared with the position of absorption line calculated by CASTEP crystal software, and the absorption peak with close position was fitted by Lorentz linear function. The fingerprint spectra of lacidipine were obtained, and the six characteristic frequencies of lacidipine were determined experimentally. These frequencies were 0.62kW 0.781.071.281.63 and 1.76THz. because other macromolecular substances were added to the oral tablets as excipients, The absorption background brought by these substances interferes with the recognition of characteristic peaks of lacidipine, so the number of characteristic absorption peaks is reduced to four, which are 0.62o0.78h1.28 and 1.63THz. in addition, there are significant differences in refractive index spectra between pure samples and oral tablets. This is also related to the addition of excipients to oral drugs. Although the actual lacidipine tablets contain very low levels of lacidipine, the terahertz fingerprint can still identify the characteristic frequencies of lacidipine. Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy is very effective for the detection of lacidipine.
